PHOTOGRAPHY
We are fully aware that when listing a property, it's important for buyers to have an extraordinary first impression. That's why Swift Creative can guarantee the best photography services to be provided in every listing.
When ordering our photography package, an experienced and professional Swift photographer will be sent out to take pictures of your listing for a 1 hour appointment. We’ll always deliver between 15-20 edited pictures within 2 business days (unless discussed otherwise). Our photographers are used to working independently, but do love keeping any special requests you have in mind. Once the photographer is done, it’s time for our editors to work their magic and make your property shine.
VIDEOGRAPHY
Video has become the most engaging form of sales content because of its ability to trigger emotion in a viewer's experience. Video production is our most popular service due to the substantial results it has driven for our clients.

When ordering our photo and video package, both a Swift photographer and videographer will be sent out to your listing. Our videographers are highly skilled and we can promise high quality content. When booking your shoot, our videographer will be scheduled for an hour appointment to collect footage for a 2 minute home walkthrough video. We do offer extended video options, so please contact us for more information regarding this.
DRONE
For our Ultimate Real Estate Premium package, we offer aerial video services included with our home walkthrough video.
